Carnoustie is the home of the 147th British Open after a successful tournament in Birkdale last time round.

Famed for its tough bunkers and the sheer length of the course, Carnoustie will be a tough task for even the world’s best golfers.

As Sir Michael Bonallack put it, “When the wind is blowing, it is the toughest golf course in Britain. And when it’s not blowing, it’s probably still the toughest.”
If you want to head to the Angus coast in Scotland to see the tournament, it is time to get your tickets.
